Description
Begum Bahar is a lovely flowering shrub, known in gardening circles as Tibouchina or glory bush. It carries velvety, deep purple flowers against soft, fuzzy green foliage and keeps blooming for many weeks. Give it a sunny to lightly shaded position with fertile, well-drained soil that stays slightly moist. Water regularly, feed with a flowering fertiliser and prune lightly after the blooming season to keep it compact and bushy. Suited to garden borders, large pots and terrace gardens. Supplied as a healthy, nursery-grown plant, packed carefully for delivery.
