1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

Standard Processing Window: All verified orders are meticulously inspected, pruned if necessary, securely packaged, and dispatched within 7 to 10 working days.
Holiday Closures: Dispatch operations remain closed on Sundays and national/state public holidays.
Live-Plant Transit Safeguards: Because live plants are sensitive to prolonged confinement, we do not dispatch orders on Fridays or Saturdays. Orders placed during late week will be held safely in our nursery and shipped out on the following Monday or Tuesday to prevent weekend warehouse delays.

2. Estimated Delivery & Transit Ecosystem

Standard Delivery Window: Once handed over to our logistics partners, shipments typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days, depending entirely on the destination geography (urban vs. remote pin codes).
Logistics Partners: We partner exclusively with premier courier and cargo networks specialized in handling fragile and live botanical shipments.

3. Shipping Fee Structure

Dynamic Calculation: Shipping costs are dynamically computed at checkout based on the aggregate weight, volumetric dimensions of the plant pots, and the delivery zone.
Promotional Free Shipping: Any active free-shipping thresholds or promotional coupon codes will be explicitly displayed on our website banner or checkout page.

4. Specialized Eco-Friendly Packaging

Root & Soil Protection: Plants are anchored securely to prevent soil spillage. Pots are reinforced to withstand minor drops.
Breathable Ventilation: Custom cartons with strategic air-ventilation holes are utilized to maintain adequate oxygen flow, keeping foliage healthy throughout transit.

5. Shipment Tracking & Transparency

Instant Notifications: Upon dispatch, an automated notification containing your Live Tracking Link and Waybill/AWB Number will be shared via WhatsApp and/or Email.
Proactive Support: Our team monitors tracking checkpoints proactively. If a shipment faces abnormal transit stagnation, our support desk intervenes immediately.

6. Force Majeure & Delivery Exceptions

Uncontrollable Delays: RK Gardening Point shall not be held liable for transit delays caused by force majeure events, including extreme weather conditions (unseasonal heavy rains, heatwaves), natural disasters, political strikes, or courier network disruptions.

Unbox your package immediately upon delivery. Gently remove all packaging materials, place the plant in a shaded area with bright, indirect sunlight for 24–48 hours to help it acclimate, and provide a light watering.
